Introduction: The present tables were prepared in response to the needs of the rapidly progressing field of molecular radio astronomy and are intended to update and revise the existing tabulated literature on molecules already identified in interstellar observations [l].' The spectral information tabulated includes predicted and observed transitions between 400 MHz and 200 GHz for vinyl cyanide. To keep the tables at reasonable lengths the reported transitions have been limited further by several assumptions.
